1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Verification

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when creating an a99bet account. Your name, date of birth, address, and contact details entered at registration must all be correct. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one a99bet account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both will be closed.

• Your email address or phone number must be verified after registration.
• Identity verification via national ID card or passport may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.

• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• A99bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another player

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

A99bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are listed separately on the Cashier page.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed. a99bet always endeavors to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• At least one deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be requested.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, the payment will be held and an investigation will be conducted.

5 Betting Rules

Separate betting rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots on a99bet. Maximum and minimum bet limits are set for all bet types. Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on a single event is strictly prohibited.

Odds may change during live betting, and bets may not be accepted due to network issues. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded. a99bet is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues.

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited
• Any bet placed by exploiting a system error will be considered void
• All betting results are final, and the decision of the a99bet authority is binding
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a99bet platform. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate action. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Self-betting for the purpose of bonus abuse (arbitrage betting)
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software
• Defrauding or harassing other members
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Placing bets using robots, bots, or automated software

7 Account Closure & Suspension

A99bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including rule violations, suspected fraud, or business decisions.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless an investigation is currently in progress.

• Caution:
• Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be returned through the designated process
• Accounts closed due to rule violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Responsible gaming is a99bet's top priority. We want every member to enjoy gaming as entertainment — never as a source of harm. To support this, a99bet provides a range of protective tools and measures.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact a99bet's customer support team in the first instance. The support team will review the matter and aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may submit a complaint to a99bet's licensing authority. In all cases, the final decision of a99bet management is binding.

• All disputes must be submitted in writing, in English or Bengali
• The balance in question may be held during the dispute resolution period
• Submitting a false claim may result in account suspension

10 Term Changes & Enforceability

A99bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or platform notification.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please submit a request to close your account.
